The blended learning media mix includes Web-Based Training, Online Instructor-Led, Video On Demand, interactive Video, Hands-On Training, Performance Support Objects (PSO), Diagnostic Exercises (DE), GM TechTubes, and Boot Camps. GM STC works with service technicians, dealers and other personnel to determine the best blend of these resources when developing the curriculum.
