GM's Center of Learning Help Desk provides support to dealerships and service technicians for technical training. Contact the Help Desk at (888) 748-2687 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. EST. Areas supported by the Help Desk include:

  • Center of Learning Learning Management Support (LMS) password support
  • Online Instructor-Led (formerly known as Virtual Classroom Training) equipment and sign-on support
  • Curriculum information
  • Center of Learning billing information
  • Training material support

Service Technicians may contact their Training Coordinator for more information regarding training or submit questions and comments to the email address listed below.
