The power of knowledge. GM STC creates a performance-based curriculum that puts that power into the hands of service technicians and helps them to achieve their professional learning goals. The
curriculum is designed to realign service technician training
utilizing the latest in training technology to reduce redundancy,
time away from the job, and warranty costs, to improve CSI, and
to support the GM goal to “Fix it right…the first
time.”
The curriculum services a dual purpose. Service technicians can
