The General Motors and Isuzu Commercial Truck (GMICT) Service Training Program is an extension of the GM STC. The program instructor leads service technicians through medium duty courseware and provides performance based, hands-on training with flexible delivery methods and tools, including CD-ROM course supplements.

The hands-on training portion of the GMICT courses focuses on the service technician’s ability to demonstrate the proper diagnosis using Strategy Based Diagnostics and simulated vehicle faults to perform a "Fix it right the first time" repair

Service technicians can pursue the following certifications:

• Automatic Transmission
• Steering and Suspension
• Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
• Brakes
• Engine Performance
• Manual Drivetrain and Axle
