CASE Certification

You are here: Home < About GM STC < CASE Certification

GM STC is an ASE certified CASE provider. That means the GM STC program has demonstrated its training by satisfying industry requirements and continuous improvement standards. Participation in the certification program provides the training provider a method for ongoing self-evaluation.

*Continuing Automotive Service Education (CASE) is a voluntary ASE certification program for training entities that provide continuing education to working automotive service technicians. The National Automotive Service Technicians Education Foundation (NATEF) administers the program and the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) grants the certification. The CASE program offers a certification of providers of training for working service technicians. NATEF evaluates the training providers’ process of developing and delivering training and then recommends certification, when appropriate, as an ASE Certified Training Provider of CASE.
